We ask for project details such as location, timing and budget so we can understand your project and reply usefully. You can leave optional fields blank, and you are never required to use the form — you can call or email us instead.

Information Collected Automatically

When you submit the form, your IP address is used to apply rate limiting and to help verify the submission is not automated. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and browser information, for security and reliability.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates or proposals, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-Party Services

A small number of services help this website function. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Vercel — hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to us by email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. It receives your IP address and limited browser information to make that check. It does not track you across other websites.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may store a short-lived token on the contact page in order to complete its security check.

Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions for up to 12 months so we can follow up on your project. You may ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your Choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If we change how this website handles personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
